We deeply respect creator and label confidentiality. Any custom vector artworks, logos, mockups, typography, or private label tags uploaded or shared via WhatsApp with Sparkle INC Garments remain 100% your exclusive intellectual property.

We never resell, duplicate, copy, or redistribute client graphics to third parties or competitors under any circumstances.

2. Information We Collect

To process your white-label drops and B2B GST tax billing, we collect:

• Business Name, Contact Person, and Billing/Shipping Address
• Verified Phone/WhatsApp number for pre-dispatch photo approvals
• GSTIN (for businesses claiming input tax credit)
• Print design vector files (AI, PDF, PNG, SVG)

3. White-Label Blind Shipping Guarantee

For clients using our blind dropshipping fulfillment service, customer delivery addresses are utilized solely to generate air waybills with third-party logistics partners (e.g., Bluedart, Delhivery). Packages are dispatched tagless without third-party promotional marketing flyers.
