Artwork & Vector Guidelines
Follow these specifications to ensure razor-sharp DTF graphics and perfectly raised 3D puff print finishes.

File Format & DPI
Vector formats (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF) are preferred. If submitting raster files (.PNG), ensure 300 DPI at 100% print scale with transparent background.

Puff Print Tolerances
3D Puff paste expands under heat. Minimum stroke weight must be at least 1.5mm. Gaps between letters must exceed 1.8mm so letters do not fuse.

Print Dimensions
• Left Chest Pocket: 3.5 x 3.5 in
• Center Chest: 10 x 12 in (A4)
• Oversize Back: 13 x 17 in (A3+)
• Neck Label: 2.5 x 2.5 in
